I use these with Signup Page #1 and Capture Page c4. Modify them as you want. The trick is to capture your readers attention in the subject line.

Be sure to set up your profile for your referrals. Your profile, "Upline Affiliate", is one of the first pages your referrals will click on to find out who you are. Be sure to upload a nice picture of yourself, avatar or logo.
